ResponsibilitiesManage talent acquisition – . Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.Administrative duties – Use our CRM/ATS system and Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsValid UD/state IDYour own laptop or computer with internet service and a phone for making and receiving calls with drivers.Must have a Dedicated quiet work space for qualifying applicants and working remotelyCDL A Driver Recruiting, customer service, call center experience preferredMust be a people person, caring and a good listenerExcellent time management abilities and good work ethicsMinimum weekly requirements 15-20 hours1099 pay as independent contractor , commission pay per driver hireExcellent position for someone wanting to shine and work from home while making great money. Potential is there so if you are above average you will make above average pay.Commission pay varies depending on which position the driver is hired for.
