This is a high-output outbound role, not a passive inbound queue. The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong prospecting execution with professionalism, organization, and consultative communication skills. You will work directly with leadership and play an important role in fueling the top of funnel for a company scaling quickly in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, self-directed prospector who thrives on generating pipeline consistently, takes pride in booking high-quality meetings, and operates with the organization and professionalism that complex B2B sales demands.ResponsibilitiesOwn the outbound prospecting process from list building through meeting booked and qualified handoff.Generate qualified meetings through cold outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone.Research and build targeted prospect lists aligned to the company's ideal customer profile in HealthTech and adjacent verticals.Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to assess fit, uncover pain points, and communicate service offerings clearly to prospects.Maintain accurate CRM records, including outreach activity, pipeline stage, call notes, and follow-up tasks.Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated.2-5+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B environments: IT services, IT consulting, custom software development, or digital transformation preferred.Proven track record of generating pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting, consistently meeting or exceeding meetings booked and pipeline generation targets.Strong discovery and qualification skills. Able to quickly assess prospect fit, uncover pain points, and build early rapport with senior stakeholders.Experience prospecting into U.S.-based companies and communicating effectively with U.S. business decision-makers at the director, VP, and C-suite level.Exceptional C1 or above English communication skills, both written and spoken.Highly organized and self-directed with strong follow-through habits and the discipline to operate independently in a remote environment.Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and outbound sales tools such as Apollo, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Source: Remote Landers
