Description:Intermediate Backend Engineer responsible for backend features from problem clarification to shipping and follow-up in production.Collaborate with Product Management, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Security to enhance quality, security, performance, and maintainability of backend code and services.Requirements:Professional experience in building and shipping production backend applications with strong programming, API, database, testing, debugging, and performance fundamentals.Experience with Ruby/Rails, Go, or other modern backend languages; ability to learn and adapt is valued.Strong written communication skills and effective collaboration in a remote, asynchronous environment.Practical experience with AI coding tools and the ability to review and correct AI-generated code.Benefits:Flexible Paid Time Off and support for health, finances, and well-being.Equity Compensation & Employee Stock Purchase Plan, along with a Growth and Development Fund.
