Ops Coordinator | $1,200 USD/month + commission We’re hiring an Operations Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operations of a growing U.S. cleaning company. This is a hands-on operations role, not a traditional VA or admin position. You’ll be responsible for: Managing and monitoring the cleaning schedule Coordinating cleaners and handling call-outs, delays, and schedule changes Communicating with U.S. clients Resolving client and cleaner issues Monitoring job quality and coordinating re-cleans when needed Following up on outstanding issues until they are fully resolved Keeping operations organized and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Following SOPs and identifying ways to improve operations We're Looking For Someone Who Has excellent spoken and written English Is highly organized and proactive Can handle multiple issues at once Is comfortable making decisions without constant direction Stays calm when things go wrong Takes ownership and follows problems through to resolution Is reliable, punctual, and comfortable learning new software Experience in operations, scheduling, dispatch, customer service, property management, home services, logistics, or similar roles is a plus. Schedule Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Central Time One 30-minute break. You must be fully available and actively working during these hours. No overlapping jobs or freelance work.
