We provide academic support, structured learning, skill development, career guidance, and continuous student support.Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor who can connect with students and parents, understand their academic requirements, explain Bee10's programs, and convert qualified leads into admissions ..Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with leads generated through different channels.Speak with parents and students to understand their academic requirements.Explain Bee10's courses, teaching methodology, batches, pricing, and learning benefits.Conduct counselling calls and help parents choose suitable programs.Schedule and coordinate demo classes with students and teachers.Follow up with parents after demo classes and resolve basic queries.Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.Manage the complete admission cycle from initial enquiry to enrollment.Meet assigned admission and conversion targets.Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.Collect feedback from parents and students and communicate it to the concerned team.Coordinate with teachers and the academic team whenever required.Maintain professional communication with every lead and existing student.Prepare basic daily/weekly reports regarding calls, follow-ups, demos, and admissions.Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Good English and Hindi communication; knowledge of Bengali is an advantage.Strong convincing and counselling ability.Good listening and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.Ability to handle objections professionally.Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.Ability to work independently as well as with a team.Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up consistently.Job Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Admissions & Student CounsellingExperience: 0–2 YearsEducation: Graduate in any streamHow to Apply : Interested candidates can share their updated CV with: Email: info@bee10.inSubject: Application for Academic Counsellor – Bee10.in
