Details: - Format: Full-time, Remote. - Location: Remote (Global). - Level: Middle / Senior. - English: Intermediate+ (for working in an international team). About the Role: - We are looking for an iOS Developer to help integrate ML models into mobile applications. This is not a research position; you will not be training models from scratch. Your main focus will be converting pre-trained ML models to CoreML, deploying them on-device, and writing pre/post-processing code. Responsibilities: - Convert ML models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) into Apple's CoreML format (.mlmodel). - Integrate and utilize pre-trained ML models in iOS applications. - Write pre-processing and post-processing code for data (images, tensors, arrays, normalization, etc.). - Work with numpy and Python to prepare, validate, and debug models. - Optimize on-device ML inference performance on iOS (when possible). - Collaborate with the ML team / researchers to bring models into production. Requirements: - Commercial experience in iOS development with Swift. - Hands-on experience with Apple CoreML: model conversion, integration, and usage in real-world projects. - Basic knowledge of numpy and Python. - Understanding of ML model formats and the pipeline (training, conversion, mobile inference). - Experience with Vision, Natural Language, or Create ML is a plus. - English level sufficient for daily communication and calls. Nice to Have: - Experience with TensorFlow Lite, ONNX, or PyTorch Mobile. - Basic understanding of ML fundamentals (no deep research expertise required). - Experience with model optimization (quantization, pruning, compression). - Public GitHub projects featuring CoreML. Conditions: - Full-time employment. - Fully remote.
