Senior HubSpot Expert – Automation & Workflow Specialist Project type: Hourly, ongoing. Experience level: Expert Description: Tempello builds software for the legal industry, including integrations for the MyCase ecosystem. We're looking for a senior HubSpot expert to help us use HubSpot to its fullest potential — someone who lives in automations, workflows, and CRM architecture, not just basic admin. Scope of work: Audit our current HubSpot setup and identify gaps/opportunities Design, build, and maintain advanced workflows and automations (lead routing, nurture sequences, onboarding, renewals, re-engagement) Clean up and maintain CRM data hygiene — dedupe, standardize properties Build and refine custom objects/pipelines to match our sales and customer success process Build and maintain reporting dashboards for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Manage and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and our other business systems Act as our internal HubSpot expert — documentation, light training, ongoing recommendations as HubSpot's platform evolves Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on, senior-level HubSpot experience with heavy focus on automation/workflows (not just basic admin/setup) HubSpot certifications strongly preferred (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, RevOps, or similar) Can show real examples/portfolio of complex workflow builds Strong written and verbal English communication Comfortable working independently with a small, lean team Skills tags: HubSpot, HubSpot CRM, Marketing Automation, CRM Automation, Workflow Automation, RevOps, Lead Generation, Sales Operations
