Responsibilities

Therapy only happens if the schedule works. You own that from home so families receive consistent care. What Success Looks Like - Client and staff calendars stay accurate and covered in Central Reach. - Gaps and cancellations are filled or restaffed quickly. - Families and clinicians get clear, timely schedule updates. - Authorization utilization is monitored so hours are not left unused. - Care coordinators and clinical teams receive reliable support. You’ll Need - Specific experience with healthcare or therapy scheduling (ABA preferred). - Strong organizational skills and clear written communication. - Comfortable working fully remote in a high-volume calendar environment. You will master Central Reach scheduling and support real clinical delivery.
