Requirements and responsibilities

• Own and lead strategy and inhouse consulting projects for new mobility • Oversee and own strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the new mobility management team and departmental heads • Assist and communicate with leadership executives in decision-making, project management, and initiative implementation • Co-develop strategic perspectives on new market and business opportunities • Review, design, and execute on improvements within the new mobility teams - find process, knowledge and skills gaps and help address them • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity in joint efforts with the management team • Independently create market, industry and competitor reports in the new mobility sector • Independently collect, analyse and present project and performance relevant information • Project Management for Strategic Projects to be the interface cross-functional between all central and local teams • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness and help to define new operational strategies, working with the new mobility management on special projects • Documenting, Summarizing and Preparation of executive meetings (weekly / monthly recurring) as well as Organisation & Preparation of leadership reportings (eg Monthly Reporting / OKR Development & Check-In), meetings and workshops (offsites) • Serve as a liaison between new mobility teams, leadership teams, etc. regarding company climate, employee feedback, project updates, proposals and plannings (reminders / templates / reportings) • Community building & knowledge sharing - Help building a strong sense of a collaborating community within the whole marketing team (local & central) through transparency, communication and best practice sharing (Organise Marketing All Hands or any other kind of formats which are useful!)
