Requirements and responsibilities

✨ The opportunity is full-time: 160 hours per month. The opportunity will be paid per hours worked. ✨ We are paying the first 5 days of each month through Paypal or Zelle. ✨ Manage Outbound/Inbound calls. ✨ Perform Follow-Ups via email/phone calls. ✨ Manage emails. ✨ You will be performing administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, research, etc. ✨ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. ✨ Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. ✨ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. ✨ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
