First launched from the BronyBus Radio project in 2011 and becoming Sonic Radioboom in 2013, SRB has spent more than a decade experimenting with online radio, music, fandom and community broadcasting.
Now, through Project Retune, we're rebuilding the station for its next chapter.
We're moving beyond our original fandom-radio format to create a broader, music-led station built around discovering great music, supporting independent and emerging artists, developing original programming and giving creative people somewhere to experiment.
SRB is run as a community project, with volunteers contributing across broadcasting, music, design, content, technology, partnerships and station development. That means joining us isn't about simply filling a traditional job role — it's an opportunity to help shape what the station becomes.
We're small, independent and rebuilding, but we've got more than a decade of history behind us and plenty of ambition for what comes next.
