OverviewHyland is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Government Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the administration of Hyland's global public sector cooperative contracting program across all levels of government. From managing contract documentation and compliance monitoring to supporting pricelist updates and internal training, you'll play a key role in keeping our government contracting program running smoothly and accurately. Here's What You'll Do.Maintain contract documentation and recordkeeping for assigned vehicles, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and updated in accordance with established processes.Support pricelist update processes end to end for assigned vehicles, including compiling required support documentation and coordinating submissions.Track contract deadlines and key milestones for assigned vehicles; independently monitor renewal and extension timelines and coordinate routine follow-up actions in accordance with established processes.Respond to general inquiries related to contract scope and pricing using established guidance; escalate non-standard requests appropriately and monitor customer and partner contract usage to support eligibility analyses for new customers.Execute contract compliance monitoring activities in accordance with established procedures; document results, follow up on routine items, escalate risks, and identify opportunities for incremental process improvements.Draft and update standard operating procedures, internal training documentation, and resources for the government contracts team; support the delivery of internal training on procurement vehicles and compliance initiatives. Support the delivery of internal training; draft training documentation and resources. Technology ToolsMicrosoft Office Applications (including Advanced Microsoft Excel)Contract Management & Recordkeeping SystemsSalesforce/CPQPublic Sector Procurement PlatformsRole EssentialsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years of experience as a Government Contracts Administrator and working knowledge of public sector procurement vehicles.Experience managing public sector frameworks and panels across the UK and Australia; demonstrated ability to navigate contracts and identify relevant information.Experience managing contract pricing and drafting or approving contract quotes to ensure compliance with negotiated pricing terms.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Advanced Microsoft Excel; familiarity with contract management and recordkeeping systems.Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; up to 5% travel time required.What We'd Like to SeeStrong oral and written communication skills that reflect a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills applied successfully within teams and across the organization; effective at establishing rapport and gaining consensus.Strong data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to translate goals into new ideas and solutions.Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners toward shared objectives.Ability to develop engaging, informative, and compelling presentation materials; self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with appropriate oversight.About HylandHyland is the pioneer of the Content Innovation Cloud™, delivering ubiquitous enterprise intelligence to organizations with solutions that unlock actionable insights and drive automation. © Hyland.
