You will be a strategic partner to executive leadership, a mentor to your accounting team, and the person who ensures every number tells the right story.This is a high-trust, high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, global environment.What You'll DoPrepare timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP and relevant regulationsManage cash flow and line-of-credit (LOC) reportingLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed decision-makingDeliver actionable financial insights to executive leadershipDevelop and enforce internal controls, policies, and proceduresCoordinate with foreign accounting and audit teams on filings, tax coordination, and board meetingsSupport external tax and audit firms with compliance preparationManage corporate filings, business licenses, workers' compensation audits, and insurance renewalsPartner with HR on benefits administration including health insurance and 401(k)Oversee and mentor the accounting and finance teamWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus5–7+ years of financial management experience, preferably in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience with international financial coordination and complianceProficiency in QuickBooks, ADP General Ledger, and financial modeling toolsSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsA high standard of integrity, precision, and accountabilityWhy PPH?We seek improvement always, which means we invest in our people, welcome feedback, and build careers, not just jobs.
