Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and maintenance for IBM FileNet and Document Management Systems (DMS). - Troubleshoot application issues and ensure system availability in line with SLA requirements. - Support enterprise document management and archiving solutions. - Monitor system performance and resolve incidents efficiently. - Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, IT governance, and digital transformation standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain business continuity and service quality. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support. - Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet and/or Document Management Systems (DMS). - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Familiarity with ITIL and SLA-based support. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
