The roleAs a Technical Lead within the Enterprise Experience Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence across one of our product development teams. You will lead the technical direction of projects, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions, while providing guidance, mentorship, and support to engineers across the team. The role may also include line management responsibilities for less experienced team members.We are looking for candidates with strong experience designing and delivering authentication and authorisation systems, including organisation and permission management within multi-tenant and multi-user architectures. Hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms such as Auth0 and Okta is highly desirable.What you’ll bring to the roleLead Technical Projects: Oversee the design and implementation of key projects, delivering innovative solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resources, providing expert technical guidance.Drive Engineering Excellence: Create high-quality, efficient code, uphold coding standards through code reviews and contribute to strategic initiatives and standards through the Technical Authority Group.Mentor and Develop Team Members: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, mentoring others and assisting in hiring and onboarding new talent.Influence Technical Direction: Play a key role in strategic technical decisions, promoting the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance product functionality and performance.Own Deliverables: Take responsibility for products and features developed by the team, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing support.
