Requirements and responsibilities

Arma Agency is a marketing agency working with home-service businesses in the US market. We are currently looking for a PPC specialist to manage and create advertising for our clients. Core Requirements: - 2+ years of experience as a PPC specialist in the US market. - Experience managing and creating ads through AI (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.). Must-Have Requirements: - PPC experience specifically in the US market: Minimum 2 years, with real accounts (not training/course case studies). - Understanding of the specifics of local lead generation for service businesses: Geo-targeting by city/ZIP, local intent, and seasonality of niches (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, etc.). - Ability to set up and manage ads through AI tools. This includes working with the Google Ads API / Meta Marketing API (at least at the level of reading data and making bulk changes), or via MCP connectors (Pipeboard, Google Ads MCP), or via scripts (Google Ads Scripts, Python). - The person must be able to task an AI rather than click manually in the interface, and validate the result. This will be verified through a practical test, not by their word. - Google Ads + Meta Ads at a working level: These are our two core channels. We need depth specifically in these two. - A CPL-driven mindset, not ROAS. The candidate must think in terms of CPL, conversion tracking, and lead quality, not abstract ROAS metrics from e-commerce. - Technical tracking: Pixel, CAPI, conversion events, and the ability to diagnose broken tracking (a typical problem: an event stops firing and the account burns budget blind). This is a separate skill and must be tested as well. Nice-to-Have: - Experience at an agency with a multi-client structure (sub-accounts, Business Manager across several clients), rather than in-house on a single brand. - Familiarity with the Claude API / LLM-based generation of creatives and reports. - English at a level sufficient for working with US clients and platforms (interfaces, support, documentation).
