You are comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels and thrive in roles where growth, leadership and technical excellence intersect.Key attributes include:Approximately 20–25 years’ experience in environmental consulting, with a strong focus on contaminated landDemonstrated seller-doer success, with measurable business development and revenue growth outcomesRecognized leadership capability, including delegation, team development and practice growthTechnical expertise across contaminated land remediation, regulatory compliance, EMS and environmental assuranceStrong client engagement skills and the ability to operate as a trusted advisorA collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in shaping culture and long-term business growthCompensation and IncentivesA highly competitive and flexible remuneration structure will be offered, tailored to experience and growth contribution.
