The ideal candidate is an accountable professional who excels at managing complex datasets, maintaining financial systems, and communicating financial narratives to stakeholders across the organization.RequirementsFinancial Planning & Analysis: Support the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.Reporting & Variance Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date financial reports, providing clear explanations for variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.System Management: Utilize Oracle HFM/Essbase (or similar EPM systems) to manage data consolidation, perform queries, and ensure data integrity within financial reports.Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models in Excel to support business cases, trend analysis, and departmental performance tracking.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and data collection processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with various business units to gather financial data and present findings in a clear, concise manner to non-finance partners.
