Empowered Futures invites you to join as an HR Coordinator – Performance and Data Management—a vital role focus on managing employee performance processes and managing data accuracy and reporting. Our mission is to empower emerging adults through mentorship, self-development, and community support, creating pathways to confident, resilient adulthood.In this role, you will promote a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement by supporting performance tracking and HR process optimization.Responsibilities:Generate reports on headcount, performance metrics, and workforce trendsMaintain HR dashboards and trackersSupport HR and leadership with accurate workforce dataEnsure proper documentation and record-keepingAssist with HR projects and administrative tasksCoordinate timelines and communications for performance cyclesIdentify opportunities to improve data and performance management processesPromote efficient HR operationsCoordinate and support performance review cycles (annual, biannual, or quarterly)Track performance review completion rates and follow up with managers and employeesAssist in preparing performance reports and dashboardsSupport goal-setting and performance tracking processesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field OR Equivalent relevant work experience1–3 years of experience in HR, HR Operations or HR CoordinationExperience supporting performance management processes is an advantageStrong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skillsAbility to create reports and maintain trackersBasic knowledge of HR processes and data managementInterest in HR analytics, or HR technologyKnowledge of Google Workspace and collaboration platform SlackBenefits:Develop practical HR operations and data management skillsBuild experience supporting performance review cycles and HR processesDevelop HR analytics and dashboard reporting skillsImprove organizational, coordination, and communication skillsExpand your professional network in HR and People OperationsOpportunity to collaborate with cross-functional and global teamsOpportunity to take on increased responsibilities and grow into leadership rolesLearn HR best practices and performance management frameworksBuild relevant experience for future HR roles such as HR Specialist, or People Operations AnalystBecome a key driver of connection and inclusion at Empowered Futures—apply now to help us empower the next generation!This is a part-time and unpaid volunteer position (8-10 hours a week)
