Requirements and responsibilities

About Catalyst Precision Catalyst Precision is a concierge precision-medicine practice built around a simple idea: deeply personalized, data-driven care delivered with a level of attention most healthcare can't offer. We work with a select group of members on long-term health optimization, and every touchpoint, from a prospective member's first intro call to their quarterly reviews years in, is designed to feel exceptional. We're growing thoughtfully, and we're looking for someone to own the experience of being a Catalyst member end to end. The Role This is a full-time, high-trust, member-facing role for someone who's equally comfortable closing a prospective member, walking a new one through onboarding, and staying warmly present in their lives quarter after quarter. You'll work directly with Dr. Spiro and own three connected pillars: 1. Intake Coordination You'll run the top of the membership funnel: shepherding prospective members through the intake pipeline, managing inbound interest, coordinating and prepping their intake call with Dr. Spiro, and owning the follow-up to convert them into members. You'll be the reason a strong lead doesn't fall through the cracks, and the voice they hear when deciding whether Catalyst is right for them. 2. Membership Onboarding Once a member signs, you set the tone. You'll lead their onboarding, tailored to their tier: an in-depth video intro call for VIP members (walking them through their protocol, expectations, systems, and how to get the most out of Catalyst), and a shorter, personal phone welcome for Quarterly members. New members should finish onboarding feeling oriented, cared for, and clear on what happens next. 3. Ongoing Membership Maintenance You'll stay meaningfully present in each member's experience through the year: weekly and monthly check-ins, keeping members engaged with new offerings and product/protocol posts, and coordinating member events. Your goal is that no member ever feels forgotten between quarterly reviews, and that renewals happen because staying with us is the obvious choice. What We're Looking For - 2 to 3+ years in a concierge, hospitality, membership, or high-touch client-service role (healthcare experience is a plus, not required) - A natural relationship-builder who is polished, warm, and credible with sophisticated members - Sales instincts without a salesy feel: comfortable closing a prospective member because you genuinely believe in what we do - Strong organizational discipline: nothing falls through the cracks, follow-ups always happen, details are sweated - Excellent written and verbal English communication (members will judge us by how you write to them) - Self-directed and trustworthy with autonomy: you set your own pace and hold your own standards - Comfortable being on video, on the phone, and in writing throughout the day Why Join Us You'll own the member experience end to end at a practice that genuinely values doing things well. This is a full-time, long-term role with room to grow. If you're energized by people, by high standards, and by raising the bar on what healthcare can feel like, we'd love to talk.
