The Treehouse Family Foundation is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to build and lead its data and analytics function from the ground up. This is a rare chance to create the infrastructure, evaluation framework, and analytical strategy that will help determine whether investments are truly improving outcomes for children and families.The Foundation's mission is to prevent childhood adversity through innovative biological research and public education initiatives. The initial focus of this role will be partnering with schools in South Carolina to evaluate educational programs and outcomes, with opportunities to expand into public health research over time.This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys building systems, working with complex real-world data, applying rigorous causal inference and program evaluation methods, and translating findings into actionable insights.
