The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to issue resolution. The QA Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Python (Pytest)Create and execute automated test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of application functionalityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needsProactively identify and report issues, risks, and opportunities for process improvementWork independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and deliverablesDevelop and maintain pipelines, integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflowsApply OOPS concepts, code reusability principles, and fuzzy logic to write efficient, modular codeAnalyze application flows and functionalities to identify potential issues and improve test coverageRequirements:3-4 years of experience in automation testingProficient in Python (2-3 years) with expertise in PytestStrong understanding of pipelines and ability to make required changes or learn quicklyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProactive approach to issue identification and risk managementStrong grasp of OOPS concepts, code reusability, and fuzzy logic
