We're looking for a freelance 2D Animator to help us create a short teaser sequence for an upcoming game announcement.The work consists of animating a series of existing 2D illustrations into a dynamic cinematic sequence. This is not a frame-by-frame character animation project, but rather bringing static artwork to life through animation techniques such as camera movement, layered compositions, parallax, effects, transitions, and subtle motion.RequirementsStrong experience with 2D animation and motion graphics.Ability to create cinematic, polished teaser sequences.Good eye for timing, composition, and visual storytelling.Experience animating layered artwork (PSD or equivalent assets).Applicants should be comfortable working with one or more of the following:Adobe After EffectsAdobe PhotoshopSpine (if relevant)Toon Boom HarmonyMohoBlender (Grease Pencil or compositing)What we'll provide:High-resolution 2D artworks.Creative direction and storyboard.References for pacing and style.This initial teaser is intended as a short freelance assignment. If the collaboration goes well, we'll have additional work involving the animation of a larger series of 2D artworks using the same cinematic approach for future marketing materials.We're looking to start immediately, so availability is an important factor.
