We provide the authority, the bond, customer required cargo and liability insurance, the back-office support, and software so you can run your business, your way.You will operate as a true "cradle-to-grave" operator for your own business:Maintain and grow your existing relationships with direct shippers.Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.RequirementsActive Book of Business: Must have at least one active, direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.Proven Track Record: At least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales (with transferable accounts) and carrier dispatch experience.Fully Experienced: Zero training is provided.
