I’m pleased to be recruiting for an EHS Manager / Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) to join my team at Fluence, supporting our operations across Germany.This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the safe delivery, commissioning and operation of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.You’ll work closely with project, engineering, construction and service teams, providing practical health and safety leadership while helping ensure compliance with German occupational safety legislation and Fluence’s global standards.We’re looking for someone with strong experience in construction, infrastructure, energy or industrial environments who holds the recognised SiFa qualification under ASiG/DGUV requirements. Experience in renewable energy, battery storage or electrical infrastructure would be highly beneficial, as would experience working within EPC project environments.The role is remote and offers the opportunity to work on some of Europe’s most significant energy storage projects as part of an international QSHE team.
