🔹 Role: Z/OS Expert🔹 Experience: 10-20 Years🔹 Location: Remote🔹 Notice: Only Immediate joiners🔓 Key Skills Required:Validate AI fencing controls through adversarial prompt testing across AI releasesEstablish alerting mechanisms and audit trails for all AI-assisted actionsDesign and implement a dedicated lab environment for disruptive AI testing using fully privileged user accessConduct validation testing for non-privileged users performing scanning and BAU operationsEnsure fencing controls are balanced (not overly restrictive while maintaining risk protection)Implement AI fencing controls across all environments using a sanitized testing approachDeploy monitoring, alerting, and forensic capabilities to detect AI misbehaviorVet GenieZ production solution readiness and required pre-requisitesProvide advisory and implementation support for secure AI adoption and operationalization🔓 Required SkillsDeep expertise in z/OS internalsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with catalog managementProven troubleshooting skillsProficiency in USS/OMVS and USS securityExperience with z/OS and ISV software installationsAdvanced testing capabilities (designing tests for functionality, robustness, and performance)Programming experience in REXX & Python10+ years of working experienceInterested candidates please send your updated CV to shernee.m@maintec.in
