Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Principal Investigator (PI) to support a 6–8 month contract engagement within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and demonstrated experience working with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs). This role requires expertise uring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and data integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the Principal Investigator for clinical research studies.Ensure studies are conducted regulations, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.Work closely with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) to obtain and maintain study approvals.Oversee study conduct, participant safety, protocol adherence, and data quality.Review and approve study documentation, informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions.Collaborate with sponsors, research coordinators, and cross-functional teams throughout the study lifecycle.Monitor study progress, resolve protocol deviations, and ensure timely reporting of adverse events.Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and ensure audit readiness.Required QualificationsMD, DO, or other appropriate healthcare professional qualification eligible to serve as a Principal Investigator.Proven experience as a Principal Investigator in clinical research.Experience withnical research, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry.Institutional Review Board (IRB) experience is required and should be clearly demonstrated in your professional experience.Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and human subject protection requirements.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading multiple clinical trials.Board certification or relevant clinical specialty (preferred).Experience working with sponsors, CROs, or academic research organizations.Current GCP and Human Subjects Protection certifications are a plus.Contract DetailsEngagement Type: ContractDuration: 6–8 MonthsSchedule: Part-Time or Full-TimeStart Date: Immediate or as availablePay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
