Requirements and responsibilities

Role Overview: - We are hiring for a leading global ServiceNow Partner delivering enterprise AI and intelligent automation solutions. - This role is not suitable for ServiceNow Admins or developers with only OOTB configuration experience. - Location: Remote. Mandatory Requirements: - 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development. - Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide Scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. - Experience building custom applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Builder, and Scripted REST APIs. - Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and enterprise integrations. Mandatory AI Skills: - Hands-on implementation experience with Now Assist. - AI-powered workflow automation. - Conversational AI. - AI-based summarization. - Knowledge Generation. - Virtual Agent. - Agentic AI concepts. Highly Preferred Skills: - Now Assist Skill Kit (NASK). - Agent-to-Agent (A2A) collaboration. - Multi-Agent Orchestration. - ServiceNow Certifications (CSA/CAD/ITIL).
