B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, company directories, and lead generation tools. - Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, and location. - Collect and verify contact details, including decision-makers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles. - Generate qualified leads from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and other target markets. - Maintain accurate lead databases in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems. - Conduct LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns if required. - Qualify prospects based on outsourcing requirements and budget. - Deliver weekly reports on leads generated and campaign performance. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality. - Ensure all lead data is accurate, organized, and GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliant. Required Skills: - 1 to 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting. - Experience generating leads for Virtual Assistant, BPO, Staffing, Recruitment, or IT services is preferred. - Strong internet research and data mining skills. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation platforms. - Excellent written English and communication skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. Key Performance Indicators: - Generate 300 to 500 verified leads per month or as agreed. - Achieve 95%+ email accuracy. - Meet weekly lead generation targets. - Maintain high-quality, decision-maker-focused databases.
