This role partners closely with Account Executives to engage technical, operational, and executive stakeholders and demonstrate how CoreView helps public sector and education organizations strengthen Microsoft 365 security, improve administrative control, reduce operational burden, and build tenant resilience.The ideal candidate understands the unique requirements of SLED organizations, including limited IT resources, complex stakeholder groups, delegated administration needs, audit and compliance expectations, and the operational realities of supporting large user populations across distributed environments.You will become an expert in our SaaS products, develop a deep understanding of our customer needs, and be a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle. This is a key role where you’ll enable successful sales engagements, technical validation, and ongoing customer success.ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales colleagues to drive new business and expansion opportunities across State, Local Government, and Education accounts in North AmericaConduct technical discovery to understand customer environments, governance requirements, security concerns, and operational challengesAssess client needs in collaboration with sales reps, conducting in-depth discovery and requirements analysis for SLED customersDeliver compelling onsite and remote technical presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting key benefits and business value aligned to SLED priorities such as:Secure Microsoft 365 administration at scaleDelegated administration across schools, campuses, departments, or agenciesConfiguration backup and recovery for tenant resiliencePolicy enforcement and drift detectionWorkflow automationHybrid and multi-tenant visibility and managementConduct technical discovery to understand customer environments, governance requirements, security concerns, and operational challengesConduct webinars and represent CoreView at trade shows, conferences, and marketing eventsDeliver proof-of-value exercises for CoreView opportunitiesAssist with RFP/RFI responses, ensuring technical solutions are well aligned with specificationsPrepare and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and sales-support materialsEstimate solution implementation costs and contribute to pricing discussions.Analyze and report on the competitive landscape.Advise regarding governance, compliance, and security challengesConduct M365 health checks, analysis, and advanced deployment support where requiredEnsure alignment with CoreView’s Information Security Management System and contribute to the Information Security ProgramRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role in the SaaS industry with a focus on the SLED marketComfortable conveying complex technical solutions to senior level, non-technical stakeholdersAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid environments (including on-premise Active Directory)Demonstrable experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to enterprise clientsStrong technical proficiency across Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange, Active Directory, and Microsoft cloud technologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a dynamic, distributed teamAbility to travel across North America (up to 50%)Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation workflowsGood working knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing modelsAwareness of process automation, workflow, and security/compliance technologiesFamiliarity with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales methodology is an advantage
