More at https://trellix.com.Role Overview:Work alongside consultants and security engineers to support customer implementations, deployments, and post-sales engagements for enterprise security solutions.ResponsibilitiesAssist Professional Services consultants and engineers with customer onboarding and solution deployment activitiesSupport implementation and configuration of cybersecurity platforms in customer environmentsParticipate in meetings, workshops, and project status callsHelp troubleshoot technical issues during deployments and escalate findings when appropriatePerform basic log analysis, system validation, and testing activitiesCreate and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articlesTrack project tasks, milestones, and customer deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Engineering, Customer Success, and SalesAssist with internal lab testing and proof-of-concept environmentsMaintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout engagementsRequirementsCurrently pursuing in a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, EEE or equivalent.This will be a full time, 6 months internship with flexible work arrangementsOpen to Singaporeans/PRs and students who are studying in Singapore universities with a valid student pass.About UsTrellix is a global company redefining the future of cybersecurity and soulful work.
