As our Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in creating a great first impression and ensuring every qualified lead receives a fast, professional experience.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Contact new inbound leads within minutes of their registration.Follow a structured qualification script to confirm key information and assess interest.Schedule qualified appointments with the senior sales team.Follow up consistently through phone calls, WhatsApp, and SMS to maximize booking rates.Conduct appointment confirmations and reminder calls to maintain a high show-up rate.Keep the CRM accurate, organized, and up to date with all interactions and outcomes.CompensationWe offer:Competitive base salary, paid weekly.Performance-based bonuses tied to results.Clear growth opportunities into Account Management and other client-facing roles for high performers.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and enjoys connecting with people.RequirementsNative or bilingual Spanish to communicate with clients.Fluent English for internal communication.Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer success, or another client-facing role is a plus.Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.Highly accountable and dependable—you consistently follow through on your commitments and communicate transparently about your results.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to leads in real time.Full-time availability during standard business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
