SailPoint Developer Lead at Mobile Programming LLC

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer Lead to join our team and drive Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives across enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage SailPoint IAM/IGA solutionsHandle user provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and certification campaignsLead application onboarding and integrations with enterprise systemsDevelop custom workflows, rules, and connectors using Java/Python/BeanShellConfigure RBAC, SoD policies, lifecycle events, and access governance controlsIntegrate SailPoint with Active Directory/LDAP, HR systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise applicationsMonitor and troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, and policy issuesSupport audit, compliance, and security governance activitiesMaintain technical documentation and drive IAM process improvementsRequired Skills:Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC or IdentityIQDeep understanding of IAM & IGA concepts, RBAC, SoD, lifecycle management, and access reviewsExperience with Java/Python and scripting technologiesKnowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and MFAHands-on integration experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, AD/LDAP, HRIS, ERP, CRM, and ticketing systemsFamiliarity with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and database conceptsUnderstanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and NISTPreferred Candidate:Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple integrations and enterprise IAM projects independentlyInterested candidates can share resumes at: career@programming.com
