We’re backed by investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Visa, and the IFC.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Lead Growth Analyst to own and drive the end-to-end growth analytics charter across Product and Marketing at Branch.This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and growth strategy, and will be responsible for shaping how we acquire, activate, retain, and monetize users. You will lead a team of analysts (Product + Marketing) and work closely with leadership to define growth priorities, design experimentation frameworks, and ensure measurable business impact.What You’ll Own1. Growth Strategy & North Star OwnershipDefine and own the growth metrics framework (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization)Identify key levers across the funnel and prioritize high-impact opportunitiesPartner with leadership to translate business goals into measurable growth plans2. Experimentation & Optimization EngineBuild and standardize A/B testing and experimentation frameworks across Product and MarketingDrive hypothesis generation, prioritization, and impact measurementEnsure learnings are systematized and reused across teams3. Funnel & User Journey AnalyticsOwn end-to-end funnel visibility across marketing → onboarding → engagement → conversionIdentify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and hidden constraints in the user journeyDrive deep dives on key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention cohorts)4. Team LeadershipManage and mentor Product and Marketing AnalystsSet analytical standards, review outputs, and ensure high-quality insightsBuild a strong culture of structured problem-solving and business impact5. Cross-Functional InfluenceAct as a strategic partner to Product, Marketing, Credit, and Business teamsInfluence roadmap decisions using data-backed insightsAlign stakeholders on priorities using clear storytelling and trade-offs6.
