We’re looking for a builder responsible for campaign performance, work across digital marketing functions, support events and help create repeatable systems that scale beyond one person or one office.You’ll work closely with executive leadership, operate with a high level of ownership, and be measured by outcomes.Paid Media and Digital growthBuild, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social and digital channelsTranslate video and content assets into effective ads and funnelsContinuously test messaging, creative, and audiences to improve lead quality and cost efficiencyMarketing Platforms & SystemsExecute campaigns directly inside HubSpot (or comparable CRM/marketing platforms)Build marketing automation and reporting that leadership can clearly understandCollaborate with the Affiliate/Vendor Manager to produce affiliate campaign assetsCreate, monitor and improve client referral campaigns and initiativesEvents, Webinars & PromotionsSupport conferences, webinars, and events in partnership with leadershipDesign and execute promotion strategies for events (before, during, and after)Ensure event marketing feeds long‑term systems rather than one‑off effortsEvergreen Growth & Content EnablementHelp develop evergreen marketing assets (webinars, content, campaigns)Review and edit content for paid campaigns and marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, blog)Improve website and funnel messaging to retain traffic and increase engagementFocus on reusable systems that generate long‑term valueTemplates, Enablement & ScaleCreate templates for campaigns, webinars, emails, and promotions that others can executeReduce bottlenecks by enabling teams through systemsEnsure messaging consistency and compliance across campaigns and funnelsHelp lay the groundwork for marketing systems that will support future franchise locationsHow You'll WorkCollaborate directly with executive leadership on priorities and strategyFully execute once direction is setBalance competing requests while protecting company‑level objectivesImprove or replace systems that “technically work” but don’t scaleWhat We're Looking ForExperience managing paid digital advertising campaigns or working with paid media vendorsStrong understanding of funnels, attribution, and performance metricsAbility to communicate clearly, challenge assumptions, and improve systemsComfortable leveraging AI tools for design, scripts and marketing campaignsHighly organized, systems‑oriented thinker who cares about scalability and impactExperience using Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce and similar technology tools is preferredCritical Fit RequirementsThis role is for builders and operators — not coordinators or overseers.You must:Execute directly, not delegate everythingOperate across multiple marketing functionsBe responsible for outcomes, not just activityGrowth Path & Strategic ImportanceThis is not a static role.
