A distributed team of over 400 professionals working across two offices in Central and Eastern Europe.Responsibilities:Junior Legal SupportPrepare and process standard legal documents: NDAs, DSAs/DPAs, assignment/cession agreements, addenda/amendments, notices, simple service agreements and corporate formsReview simple contract clauses against internal templates and escalate non-standard legal, commercial or compliance risks to senior lawyersOrganize signature process: collect supporting documents, verify corporate details, powers of attorney, KYC files, signatories, and counterparty dataKeep templates, checklists, approval notes and document archives up to dateSupport legal research, translation, fact-checking, summaries and first drafts of legal memosHelp with routine requests from commercial, finance, compliance, product, and HR teamsLegal Project Management / Legal OperationsAct as legal department coordinator: track incoming tasks, priorities, owners, deadlines, current workload and blockersMaintain contract register and status tracker: request date, counterparty, contract type, owner, stage, comments, signature status, renewal/termination datesMaintain licence and compliance calendar: licence expiry, reporting deadlines, renewal steps, responsible person, reminder dates and escalation pointsPrepare weekly status updates, workload reports, meeting agendas, follow-ups and action lists for the legal teamImprove legal operations: task board, folder structure, reminder system, SOPs, templates, naming conventions and handover notesRequirements6 months - 2 years of experience as a Junior Lawyer, Legal Operations Specialist, Compliance Assistant, or in a similar roleHigher legal educationExperience working with contracts, legal documentation, registers, and administrative legal processesUnderstanding of contract lifecycle management and legal document workflowsEnglish B1-B2 and fluent RussianProficiency with Google Workspace/MS Office, especially Excel or Google SheetsExperience with task management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or NotionStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProactive, structured, and service-oriented mindsetNice to have:In-house legal experienceExperience with DPA, DSA, NDA, amendments, assignments, or similar legal documentsExperience in iGaming, fintech, SaaS, or other regulated industriesFamiliarity with DocuSign, Adobe Sign, CRM systems, and AI toolsBenefitsA chance to join a company with a strong name and long-established reputation in the global Gaming industryContinuous talent development and accelerated growth opportunities within the organization20 days of paid vacation and 5 Family DaysRegular workshops, team activities, offsite trips, and corporate eventsEnglish language courses provided by the companyAccess to a mental health support service (professional psychologists, confidential sessions)
