As a Yardi Database Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting growth-stage businesses and leadership teams by delivering actionable insights and robust reporting solutions. You will work closely with a Database Administrator and be embedded within operational and leadership teams to drive data integrity and reporting excellence.Key responsibilities include:Writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries and stored procedures against the Yardi database for reporting, data validation, and ad-hoc analysisDesigning, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports for operational, leasing, and financial KPIsDeveloping advanced Excel models, pivot tables, and reconciliations to support month-end close, audits, and recurring reportingPartnering with the Database Administrator on data integrity checks, performance tuning, and routine database maintenanceTranslating accounting, operations, and leadership requirements into technical specifications and deliverablesInvestigating and documenting data discrepancies across Yardi modules (GL, AP, AR, lease administration) and proposing correctionsDocumenting queries, reports, data sources, and processes to ensure repeatability and auditabilitySupporting user training and responding to internal reporting requestsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)3+ years of relevant experience in Yardi, SQL, BI, or reporting-focused rolesHands-on experience with Yardi Voyager across GL, AP, AR, and lease administration modulesIntermediate-to-advanced proficiency in SQL, including joins, subqueries, aggregations, window functions, and stored proceduresExperience building dashboards in Power BI, including data modeling and DAXAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and Power QueryWorking knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including GL structure, debits/credits, accruals, P&L, and balance sheetFull professional fluency in English (written and spoken)Authorized to work in the PhilippinesAvailability to work and overlap standard business hours in GMTBenefitsPermanent work-from-home opportunitiesPaid Holidays and PTOPart-time or Full-time positions tailored to your availabilityPerformance, Tenure, and Health & Wellness bonusesOpportunities for professional development within the Assistantly communityBe part of a vibrant and supportive community of Unicorns
