In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business within your dedicated territory, managing the sales cycle, and helping clients understand how Rentvine can solve their property management pain points and improve their operations.You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a self-starter, skilled at building relationships both in-person and over video, and motivated by closing deals in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.What You'll DoDrive new business growth in your dedicated territory by managing the sales process through inbound and outbound lead generation as well as in-person events and local association chapter meetings.  This role requires territory travel and is expected to be in territory 3-5 business days a monthConduct tailored product demos and discovery calls to understand client needs and align our software as the solutionManage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from initial contact through contract closeCollaborate closely with Sales Engineers, BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journeyMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIsKeep CRM (e.g. HubSpot) updated with accurate opportunity details and client interactionsStay up to date on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor activityQualifications2–5 years of experience in SaaS or software sales (B2B preferred)Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotasStrong communication and consultative selling skillsExperience managing a full sales cycle, from cold outreach to closeAbility to quickly understand technical products and convey their value to a business audienceFamiliarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement platformsSelf-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of common SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, etc.)  Located in TN, WV, KY, NC and willing to travelEven Better If You HaveProperty management knowledge is a nice to have but not necessary.Position is Remote / Candidates local to the TN, WV, KY, NC territory preferredDeep knowledge of The Office and ability to quote relevant show lines a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary with commission structure.Compensation: 157,000 - 172,000 OTEComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision.Remote work flexibility.Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.A collaborative and supportive team culture.If you’re a go-getter who enjoys building relationships and driving business growth, we’d love to hear from you!
