We are looking for an experienced ML Lead / Senior AI-ML Engineer with strong expertise in AI/ML architecture, model lifecycle management, MLOps, and cloud-based AI solutions.Role Overview:We are seeking a hands-on AI/ML leader who can architect, design, and implement enterprise-scale machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning frameworks, data pipelines, cloud-native AI services, and model operationalization.Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures covering:Data IngestionData ProcessingModel DevelopmentModel TrainingDeploymentMonitoring & OptimizationEvaluate and select appropriate:Machine Learning AlgorithmsAI FrameworksCloud Platforms (Azure, Snowflake, etc.)Lead MLOps initiatives including:Model VersioningCI/CD for MLRetraining PipelinesMonitoring & GovernanceEnsure AI/ML solutions align with business objectives, scalability, performance, and compliance requirementsCollaborate with data engineering, analytics, product, and business teams to drive AI adoption and innovationDefine AI/ML best practices, architecture standards, and governance frameworksDrive large-scale model deployment, performance tuning, and optimization initiativesMandatory Skills:Strong expertise in:Machine LearningArtificial IntelligenceMLOpsData ScienceProficiency in:PythonML Libraries (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)Hands-on experience with:Azure AI ServicesSnowflakeCloud-Native AI PlatformsStrong experience in:Data PipelinesModel Lifecycle ManagementEnterprise AI Solution DesignModel Deployment & MonitoringExperience leading architecture and technical decision-making for AI/ML programsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field8+ years of Data Science / AI-ML experienceMinimum 2+ years in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership rolesExperience with large-scale production ML systemsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsLooking for AI/ML leaders who can drive enterprise AI transformation, architect scalable machine learning solutions, and mentor high-performing teams.Interested candidates, please share your updated resumes at ruchika@infospeedinc.com
