Requirements: - Premiere Pro proficiency (non-negotiable). - Native 9:16 vertical editing (composing for vertical from the start, not cropping from horizontal). - Tight cuts: J/L cuts, frame-accurate trims, no dead air. - Strong captions and kinetic typography. - Color correction in Lumetri. - Audio editing and mixing. - Fast turnaround (multiple finished cuts per day). - Self-directed (takes a brief, ships a first draft). - Organized file management. - English working proficiency.
