We’re looking for a Game Designer to join our New Games team and help shape new titles from early concepts to live performance. This role is for someone who enjoys owning the creative process, thinking in systems, and making design decisions backed by data.Experience with hybrid-casual puzzle games is essential for this role.What you’ll be doingOwning the game design process for new projects, from early ideas to implementation and iterationWorking closely with the Product Owner to align on vision, priorities, and goalsCollaborating with Analysts to understand player behavior and turn data into concrete design improvementsDesigning and evolving core gameplay systems, progression, and mechanicsApplying market and competitor research to shape features and overall player experienceIterating based on metrics, feedback, and post-launch performanceWhat we’re looking forHands-on experience designing hybrid-casual puzzle gamesStrong understanding of puzzle mechanics, game systems, and progressionFamiliarity with data analysis and confidence in making data-driven design decisionsExperience using market insights and competitor research to inform designIndependency and proactivity - you’re comfortable owning decisionsCurious mindset and willingness to experiment and iterateAdvanced English communication skills for day-to-day collaborationWhy this role is interestingA high level of independence and ownershipDeep involvement in the creative process - we don’t just need execution, we need thinkingOpportunity to be among the pioneers of new titles and new projects
