Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for a Data Support Analyst to join our growing team and support enterprise-level infrastructure, monitoring, and cloud operations environments.Key Responsibilities:Monitor network, system, and application performance across on-premises and Azure IaaS environmentsAnalyze monitoring data, dashboards, logs, and trends to proactively identify and prevent issuesInvestigate alerts, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents efficientlyManage tickets and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and self-healing solutionsCreate and maintain SOPs, Operations Playbooks, and Knowledge Base documentationTroubleshoot networking, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, web/application servers, Azure infrastructure, and PaaS servicesDevelop PowerShell scripts to improve operational efficiencyParticipate in incident recovery and root cause analysis activitiesRequired Skills & Experience:2+ years of Systems Engineering experience with Windows, Linux, and Azure CloudHands-on experience with Dynatrace (or similar monitoring platforms) – RequiredExperience with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM toolsStrong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, systems, and applicationsPowerShell scripting and automation experience preferredExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsUnderstanding of ITIL 4 foundational practicesIf you are passionate about cloud operations, monitoring, automation, and incident management, we'd love to hear from you!Send your updated resume to: nolan@integrass.com
