This role will report to the Director of Operations and part of the larger Operations team.Manage and supervise daily operational activities to ensure they align with organizational goalsImplement and enforce operational policies and proceduresLead and motivate a team of operational staffProvide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their performance and developmentIdentify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflowsEffectively allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgetMonitor resource utilization and make recommendations for optimizationImplement and maintain quality control standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality products/servicesConduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address areas for improvementFoster open communication channels between departments to ensure smooth collaborationCoordinate with other managers to align operational processes with overall organizational objectivesDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performanceAnalyze data and prepare reports to inform decision-makingIdentify training needs within the operations team and develop programs to enhance skillsImplement ongoing professional development initiativesAdditional duties as assignedPosition Requirements/ Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field required, Master’s Degree preferred5+ years experience of proven success in an operations management roleBilingual a plusComputer literacy in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle confidential information in a professional mannerAbility to make sound business judgmentsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage a variety of peopleExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong leadership and analytical skillsMust be organized and detail-orientedAbility to build & motivate teamsPossess excellent presentation and organizational skills; ability to collaborate, manage, and expand relationships across the organization and with all levels of managementPhysical Requirements:Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of timeCommunicating with others to exchange informationRepeating motions that may include the wrist, hands, and/or fingersAssessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assignedMust be able to lift at least 15lbs at timesKey Attributes/ Skills:Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors of core values and guiding principlesAn effective team player who contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitmentsIs able to work within our Better Health environment by facing tasks and challenges with energy and passionPursues activities with focus and drive, defines work in terms of success, and can be counted on to complete goalsDemonstrated ability to handle data with confidentialityAbility to work cross-functionally with multiple teams; ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with senior-level leadership, providers, and health plansStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsMust be results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and deliveryAppreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity toward the target patient populationCompensation & Benefits: We offer a compensation w/bonus and a comprehensive benefits package:Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life401k, with employer matchPaid time offPaid holidays
