Requirements and responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions.Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas.Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware technologies.Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Perform technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.Ensure compliance with Oracle Fusion HCM best practices and technical standards.Required Skills7–10 years of overall experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical.Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas.Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and architecture.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.If you're interested share your resume at shreya.verma@thinkapace.com
