It is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys balancing administrative excellence with pipeline-building activities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars and inboxes, ensuring organization, responsiveness, and zero scheduling conflictsHandle appointment setting and coordination of meetings across internal stakeholdersConduct cold calling and outbound outreach, including LinkedIn-based prospectingMaintain and update Zoho CRM with accurate, complete, and up-to-date lead dataSupport executive assistants tasks including logistics, task tracking, and follow-upsCollaborate daily with internal team members to ensure alignment on priorities and executionManage multiple ongoing tasks and projects while maintaining strong attention to detailCompensationCompetitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope. Monthly compensation ranges from ₱30,000 – ₱42,000, depending on experience and role scope.
