Are you an experienced QA Tester who thrives in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and complex enterprise application environments?We are seeking a highly motivated Tester IV to support Maine's WIC Program and play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and success of the SPIRIT Management Information System (MIS), used by WIC agencies across multiple states and tribal organizations.What You'll DoLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Interface Testing initiativesCreate and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scriptsValidate software releases, hotfixes, and enhancementsCollaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholdersManage defect tracking, issue resolution, and testing documentationSupport Azure DevOps testing activities and release validationServe as a subject matter expert (SME) for application functionality and user supportDevelop user guides, training materials, and testing standardsWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience with UAT, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and Software Quality AssuranceExperience creating test plans, test scripts, and acceptance criteriaKnowledge of Azure DevOps, defect management, and release testing processesAbility to work independently and manage testing schedules effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience supporting enterprise applications in healthcare, government, public sector, or regulated environments is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesThis is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a mission-critical program that supports families and communities while working in a highly collaborative and technology-driven environment.
