You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to understand workflows, gather requirements, document feature requests, validate functionality, and help ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and fixes.You will serve as a product and workflow expert, helping translate operational and clinical needs into clearly defined requirements that engineering teams can effectively implement.
