Requirements and responsibilities


Business Development Manager (BDM) - Roles & Responsibilities (For getting projects/clients from US market). Roles & Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities from US clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for project delivery. - Handle end-to-end business development activities including lead generation, cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups. - Schedule and attend client meetings to discuss project requirements and business opportunities. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients. - Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations. - Work closely with recruitment/operations teams to fulfill client requirements on time. - Maintain regular communication with clients for long-term business relationships. - Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. - Research market trends and competitor activities in the US market. - Update CRM/tracker with client interactions and project status. - Coordinate with management regarding project pipeline and revenue growth. - Ensure high client satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Required Skills: - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Experience in US market/client handling. - Knowledge of IT/Non-IT staffing or project-based business development. - Ability to work in night shifts (if required for US timings). - Good presentation and interpersonal skills. - Experience in lead generation platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, portals, etc.
