Requirements and responsibilities


• Lead generation within strategic states and districts • Acting as a thought partner and support system throughout the sales process • Driving state- and district-specific strategic marketing initiatives, sales enablement, and business development • Researching, developing, writing, managing, and deploying state- and district-specific marketing aligned to market trends • Providing sales enablement by, but not limited, creating: presentation decks, talking points, proposals, and campaigns to help move strategic deals forward • Working cross-functionally to ensure continuity of the client experience throughout the sales process • Supporting key stakeholders in sales and marketing to ensure alignment to quarterly revenue goals • Ensuring the maximum return on investment for each campaign; supporting the Sales Team in achieving quarterly revenue goals • Supporting the Marketing Director in the articulation of Marketing's initiatives and vision • Creating and coordinating a schedule of marketing campaigns with the Director of Marketing • Reporting the status of campaigns to key stakeholders through various stages, including performance • Making recommendations to improve the results of future efforts by leveraging learning gained and building on successes. • Advancing the EveryDay Labs’ brand by: • Providing a world-class client experience throughout the sales, renewal, and expansion process and delivering a world-class client experience • Ensuring fidelity of branding and deliver marketing components that reflect an appropriate sensibility for top tier clients.
