At Heru we are building the first one-stop-shop services and benefits tech platform for 145 million independent workers in Latin America. We encourage people to continue to work independently while making sure they have the benefits and services they really need and can pay for at a touch of their phone screen.
Our challenge is huge: How can we close the gap between formal employees and independent workers in terms of benefits and services access? We believe that by building a large and strong community along with a user friendly and seamless experience tech platform we can get closer to this goal. So far, the hypothesis is proving right. We aim to build a full suite of technical solutions custom tailored to our users constantly introducing new products and services to improve their experience as independent contractors and overall quality of life.
